The theory and tools our coaches apply help support clients in their transformation. Coaches receive a minimum 10-month training to be certified as an EPP level l Coach. Some coaches may receive an additional 10-month EPP level ll certification. Please contact our coaches directly.

Evolutionary Power Institute (EPI) Trained
EPCC coaches have received over 200 hours of training with Julie Colwell, PhD, and are certified level ll Evolutionary Power Practitioners (EPP). The curriculum of EPI is based on current research across fields such as interpersonal neurobiology, theories of emotion, Polyvagal Theory, animal behavior, energy psychology and Body-Centered Transformation. EPI’s director, Julie Colwell, PhD, is a psychologist with more than three decades of experience as a psychotherapist and coach (working with individuals, couples, families and groups) and leading thousands of people in classes, groups, and workshops in the EPI model.
